Research collaboration with UN OCHA

Dears,

 The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs UN OCHA is working to increase operational engagement with local partners on global humanitarian action. Under this context, The  (UN OCHA) in Kuwait has contacted the university about the possibility to explore a potential partnership between GUST's Research Office and OCHA's Centre for Humanitarian Data (centre.humdata.org). The centre aims to make the international humanitarian response data driven through its focus on different areas such as the Humanitarian Data exchange, anticipatory action, and data responsibility. Please contact me if you are interested to brainstorm and discuss areas of collaboration that may be implemented whenever convenient.
